1. Scope

This policy applies to:

• The Royadle mobile application.
• The Royadle website at https://www.royadle.app.

2. Data We Collect

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or account credentials for gameplay.

Royadle gameplay progress and preferences are stored locally on your device/browser (for example, streak, guesses, and completion state).

3. Cookies and Local Storage

The website uses your browser's local storage to save your game progress and preferences between sessions, and a cookie to remember your language choice. It does not use advertising cookies.

These technologies are used for product operation and continuity of gameplay.

4. Game Services

Royadle uses Google Firebase to deliver the daily challenges and to keep anonymous, aggregate daily statistics (how many players played and solved each mode, and the total number of guesses). When you finish a daily challenge, only the mode, the day, whether you solved it and your number of guesses are added to these totals; nothing that identifies you is sent.

To keep these statistics free of automated abuse, Royadle uses Firebase App Check, which relies on Google Play Integrity in the Android app and on Google reCAPTCHA v3 on the website. These services may process device and browser signals under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

5. Advertising

The Royadle website does not display ads. The mobile app displays ads served by Google AdMob together with its mediation partners (Liftoff Monetize and InMobi). Google and its partners may use device or advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads in the app, including ads based on your use of other apps, in accordance with their own privacy policies. In the app you can remove ads for 24 hours by watching a rewarded video.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent through a Google-certified consent message before non-essential ad identifiers are used, and you can change your choice at any time from the Privacy & Ad Settings button on the Help screen. We do not sell your personal data.

6. How We Use Information

Information handled by Royadle is used to:

• Maintain gameplay state and progress.
• Show aggregate in-game statistics and mode completions.
• Protect the aggregate statistics from automated abuse.
• Keep the Service functioning properly.

7. Data Sharing

We do not share personal data for gameplay because we do not collect personal data for gameplay. In the mobile app, third-party ad providers may process technical/ad-related data under their own terms.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Gameplay data stored locally remains on your device/browser until you clear app/browser data or uninstall the app.

9. Children's Privacy

Because Royadle does not collect personal data for gameplay, we do not knowingly process personal information from children as part of core gameplay functionality.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information through a contact channel, please email us so we can review and address it promptly.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the Service. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
